What I Wore To Work This Week: May Edition

Hi lovelies!

I hope you had an absolutely lovely week and are already loving the start to your (hopefully) fun holiday long weekend. I know I am SO excited for the chance to relax a little and finally catch up on some sleep! Along with just hanging with my family, cooking out, drinking some beer…it’s going to be the best! That is why this post is coming to you a little early this week, I’m really looking forward to taking a full weekend to just unwind from all things social media related.

I almost let this post get away from me this month but I luckily remembered like 2 days ago that I hadn’t written it up yet, so sorry if it’s a little all over the place! But! Here are the outfits I wore to work this past week:

Monday 

Monday this week was BUSY. 2 of our staff had been out on Friday of the previous week (including myself) so a lot of the lesser-important things didn’t get done on Friday..so by Monday, they were a bit more of a pressing matter to just knock out. I’m so glad I dressed as comfortably as I did this day because it was a little more hectic than what I am used to for a Monday.

Tuesday

Tuesday was much more calm. We got caught up pretty early in the day so I actually had a lot of time to write and relax throughout the day which really was just the best thing. I also love any and all excuses to wear this dress that my mom made for me for Christmas! She NAILED it.

Wednesday

Wednesday was again fairly calm. It is also a day I feel the most comfortable wearing something kinda fun; seeing as it’s the middle of the week and well, why not? With that kind of mindset, though, these pants were sure to do the trick…I got SO many compliments on them throughout the day and seriously, you guys, they are so comfy.

Thursday

Thursday we were back to business as usual and so I wanted to be sure to dress the part. I did have the same pink cardigan (linked above) with this dress so no one would yell about seeing my shoulders during the day; it was just too hot to have it on when I came home and took these pictures!

Friday

Happy casual Fridayyyyy! The happiest (and also busiest) day of the week for me. I love getting to style clothes around jeans because truthfully, it is what I am most comfortable doing…which is why Friday’s are great! I just need to focus on a good pair of pants and something to pair with it for ultimate comfort and ease to move around in.
