Valentine’s Snack: Strawberry & Pretzel “Pops”

Hi lovelies!

Happy Day before Valentine’s Day!! I hope you all are excited and ready to celebrate in whatever fun way you’ve chosen to this year…I know I am! Although my boyfriend just started a new job this week…so we probably aren’t going to have the time to do our celebrations until sometime this weekend haha. #adulting

I was perusing the internet the other day and came across these cute V-day treats and I wanted to try to do a Bri-friendly version that was also not made with candy…and as you can see by the pictures I failed a little bit lol but I still think they’re cute as almost little heart-shaped popsicles–so I figured I’d share them with you…despite my semi-fail lol. And not to mention, they were super easy and yummy! So that’s what really counts, right?! 😉

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 Bag of Pretzels
1 Package Fresh Strawberries
A Tiny Heart-Shaped Cookie Cutter
A Small Straw
A Festive Display Platter

Here’s what you’ll do:

Begin by getting all your ingredients out, washing your strawberries, pouring your pretzels into a bowl, and getting everything all ready to be made up.

Next, grab a few strawberries and use your tiny cookie cutter to cut out the shape of a heart in each strawberry.

Then, use your straw to put a hole through the strawberry heart, so you can easily insert your pretzel.

Finally, prepare your decoratively festive platter that you’re going to be displaying them on (as seen above) and place your little heart-pops on the platter!

Serve and enjoy immediately.
