Hi lovelies!
I hope you are doing well. I haven’t come on here and written anything in TOO long. I hate that I have become so inconsistent with my content on here but now that I have a little extra time (cuz ya know, quarantine) I’m trying to do better!
We interrupt the wedding content (I may write more posts about different aspects of the day later, we’ll see lol – very non-committal at the moment), for some down-home outfitting! Which is the bread and butter for this site that probably brought most of you here in the first place!
I typically blog my work outfits 1 week out of the month so I decided to do that this week but obviously since I am working from home these outfits look a little bit different than my typical 8-5 style!
Monday
It was about 70 degrees on Monday but I may or may not have had shaved legs…(I most definitely did not) so I decided to hate myself all day and wear pants. Not my finest moment but I do think the feminine top and hair scarf do make up for that poor choice.

Tuesday
Today I had my eye on comfy and cute. It was another lovely day outside – and I ended up shaving the night before so we decided to bring out the legs (or are they hot dogs? Will we ever know?!) in full force. This outfit contains just about every one of my favorites in my closet these days…this shirt from the ever lovely Kristin Johns (who, if you’ve followed me for awhile on here, you know I LOVE), this houndstooth mini skirt that’s perfect for getting a tan – which I really need lol, these slippers that I truly live in and these earrings that I wear 5-6 days/week.

Wednesday
Wednesday the focus was on coziness. I had planned out a cute outfit for this day but we woke up, got some pretty bummer news and the sun never came out to play….so the cozy vibes won me over. It just felt like it fit the vibe of the day a little bit more.

Thursday
Thursday was a decent day. Pretty relaxing in the grand scheme of things. I also realize in the taking of these photos that we have a mattress and a second couch living behind our primary couch…please pay them no mind. Something I haven’t shared on here is that we moved at the end of the March….so that’s been a thing….but as you can see, we also haven’t gotten anywhere close to being completely moved in yet hahaha.

Friday
Friday (today!) is really nice outside so a springy dress was calling my name. I went with this really sweet pink polka-dotted number (and a cute block heel that I legit only wore to take the photos in lol). The benefit of a dress like this – 1. You don’t really have to put a ton of thought into your outfit. 2. It’s just as comfy as it is cute….which really is a dream!

Alright pals, that’s it – my outfits from this past week, all in a day’s work 😉
Which day’s outfit is your favorite? What has been your quarantine work-wear wardrobe – does it look anything like mine?
XOXO
